Sarah has over 13 years experience working as a Commercial Property lawyer; she trained at a City firm and worked in the City for a number of years before moving to the West End.  She then worked for a number of years as a Consultant for a number of small firms – helping them to set up and grow their Commercial Property departments. 

She covers all areas of Commercial Property law, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and leasehold management work. Her main strength lies in Landlord and Tenant Law.

Sarah has acted for a wide range of clients, including high net worth individuals, institutional landlords, national retailers and a major telecommunications company.  She also acts for hedge funds, medium sized tech firms and assists many start-up recruitment firms secure their flagship offices in the City of London.

Throughout her career, Sarah has gained a wealth of experience and along with delivering the legal outcomes of a deal, she also strives to ensure that clients’ strategic and practical needs are met.  She is well known for her friendly and approachable manner.

Sarah has written updates for the legal press, including the Property Law Journal and Estates Gazette and also lectures at BPP University.
